Our processes ensure Coastal Villages Seafoods salmon and halibut products are of the highest quality, color and flavor. Our wild-caught salmon are bled and iced within minutes of harvest and delivered within hours to skilled processors. There, grading and processing occurs with speed and efficiency. Through each stage, core temperatures are maintained to HACCP requirements.
Our plants have state of the art processing equipment including high speed fillets and pin boning machines and a state of the art freezer capable of maintaining core temperatures at minus 40 degrees.
