password:******(see your e-mail)
5) Save your password and click "Login "
After a few seconds the folders should be available to you.
Downloading and uploading files
Click your folder and open it and drag the contents you need to your desk top, or from your folder into the ftp window. Do not try to open a file by double-clicking in the ftp window.
Once logged in, FTP does not time out. You can leave the window active all day for your convenience. |
If the folders do not show, and the log-in keeps bringing up a white page, do the following:
In Internet Explorer (IE) go to "tools", in the menu bar, click "internet options". Once there click "delete files" this deletes the stored temporary internet files. Reconfirm and close IE. Restart IE and type:
ftp.coastalvillagesseafoods.com and log in again, then when a white window comes up RIGHT-Click in the window and choose "log-in as". Type in the login and password. This usually solves the problem |
